Tether has frozen funds belonging to hackers and terrorists

At the request of Israeli law enforcement authorities, the Coinbase and Binance exchanges froze funds held in cryptocurrencies affiliated with Hamas entities.
These digital currencies will be handed over to the authorities of the Middle Eastern state, the media reported.
Tether announced that it has also frozen USDT tokens belonging to terrorist groups. The issuer of the largest stablecoin specified that it was able to block wallets with virtual coins totaling $873.118 million.
