The market supply of stablecoins has been shrinking for the past 16 months.
According to CCData, the capitalization of collateralized digital currencies is now at its lowest level since August 2021. In July, it fell by another 0.82% to $127 billion.
The dominance of stablecoins in the crypto market decreased from 10.5% to 10.3%. Analysts recorded the largest decrease in the supply of such tokens since 2020.
