Analysts at JPMorgan Bank recorded a sharp decline in the capitalization of digital currencies with fiat collateral. Such alarming data indicates that investors are leaving the cryptosphere en masse.
We are seeing a shrinking market for digital assets amid growing panic among traders, triggered by the liquidity crisis of many large companies, including FTX. In fact, the shrinking capitalization of stabelcoins indicates a decrease in the amount of money flowing into the cryptosphere, according to a report by JPMorgan analysts.
