Danish authorities will make investors and miners pay taxes on bitcoin sales

The Danish Supreme Court has ruled that citizens who profit from the sale of bitcoins must pay taxes.
Thus, the authorities will be able to collect income taxes from both investors and miners.
The court ruling states that traders sell cryptocurrency at higher prices in order to make money on the transaction. Therefore, legislation exempting the subject from tax liabilities in favor of the state cannot be applied to such transactions.
