The footballer has agreed to cooperate with the cryptocurrency exchange Binance.
As confirmed by the entourage of Cristiano Ronaldo, an agreement has been reached with the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, that on the basis of its marketplace, Binance NFT, will host a series of NFT from the famous footballer.
The current deal includes animated figurines that embody the Portuguese footballer, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, in various key moments of his life and sporting achievements, including memorable goals.
On Nov. 18, there is scheduled to be holding auction for new NFTs, which are categorized into four classes: very-very rare (SSR), very rare (SR), rare (R) and common (N).
A total of 45 NFTs (5 SSRs and 40 SRs) are scheduled to be auctioned, with the starting price for SSRs set at 10,000 BUSD, and for SRs at 1.7,000 BUSD. Also, 6.6 thousand NFTs (600 R and 6000 N) will be offered for auction, with a starting price of 77 BUSD for NFT category N. The rarity category is determined based on what special features a particular NFT has.

For her part, Binance co-founder and chief marketing officer He Yee said that the internet is moving towards digital worlds and blockchain, and “it is a great honor to work with Cristiano to get as many people as possible to understand what blockchain is, so we can show how we are building the Web3 infrastructure for the sports and entertainment industry.”
