Arthur Hayes thinks bitcoin has hit bottom

In July, BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes said bitcoin had bottomed near $18,000. However, in the fall, BTC renewed its two-year low, plunging below $16,000 in November.
Then the largest digital currency was able to rebound, and today it is trading at $16,950.
According to Arthur Hayes, this very mark was a renewed bottom for bitcoin. In an interview with blogger Scott Melker, he doubted the likelihood of a deeper correction of the BTC rate in the near future.
